By accepting these terms of service, customer indemnifies MagicShells of all responsibility for customer actions or result thereof. MagicShells reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service at its discretion.

Non-Payment: Any account that becomes delinquent will be placed in a removal que. Notification emails regarding billing failures will be sent to any admin and billing email addresses on file - failure to reply within 48 hours will result in final termination.

Customer Privacy: MagicShells takes reasonable measures to protect customer's privacy. MagicShells will not make available customer's information or data to any third party, with the exception of billing information for the processing of MagicShells payments. At this time all sensitive billing information is handled purely via secure trusted third party payment processors, no credit or other sensitive information is stored on any MagicShells servers.

Not-to-Renew Requests: Customers will have to make payment before the due date of their contract lease. Customer may contact sales regarding a request to cancel prior to their next billing period or choose to terminate their subscription with MagicShells payment processors.

Management & Backup of Data: Customer is solely responsible for the management and backup of all customer data, and all updates, upgrades, patches etc.

Acceptable Use: Use of MagicShells services to send SPAM is strictly forbidden. Housing of Denial of Service bots/drones, running malicious software, attempting to disrupt networks or services, or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden. Violation of any of these terms is grounds for account termination.

We don't allow anything that eats bandwidth like pacman, which includes e-mechs, ddos bots(which are also illegal), etc. We do have a weekly cleanup staff member that will browse through files and backgrounds to make sure nothing like that is running. If we find anything, you will be given a warning, followed by account suspension without refund. CAUTION There will be NO warning given to anyone caught ddosing from servers.
